BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed of Frederick C. %abor and Wendel B. Tabor, individually
and as sole distributees and administrators of the estate of May B.
Tabor, D. 9-8-77, R. 9-15-77 at L. 8308 P. 323
Together with all right, title and interest of in and to rights of
way shown on attached survey and denoted as 'Gravelled Road, Roadway
through woods and travelled farm roads. The rights of way were set
forth in deed of Henry H.C. Tuthill L. 1041 P. 118 to Fred Tabor, in
which deed it is spicifically stated "also all the right title and
Interest of in and to any rights of way appurtenant to the parcel.
The estate file of Fred Tabor (200 P. 1946) contains specific language
there in that access to the above two parcels "is by right of way over
lands of adjoining owners."
And,be it known that the President of the Grantor herein has used
the roads as a legal means of access to the above parcels at various
times since I have owned the parcels and have never been interupted in
doing so. That I did so as a matter of right, openly and notoriously
as the prior owners before me. Further that the prior owners to wit;
Fred Tabor, Frederick C. Tabor and Wendel B. Tabor were farmers and
actively used the above two parcels as productive farm land for the
growing of lima beans and other crops.
This conveyance made in the regular course of business of the
Corporate Grantor with unaminous consent of all shareholders.
