residing at 570 Columbine Avenue, Hampton Bays, New York 11946
party of the second part,
WrITIESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imfiLtxat Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Village Lane, distant 474.56 feet
southerly when measured along the easterly side of Village Lane, from the corner
formed by the intersection of the said easterly side of Village Lane with the
southerly side of Main Road;
thence South 63 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds East and along land now or
CQ formerly of Reeves, 94.35 feet to land now or formerly Thomas Estate;
thence southerly and westerly along last mentioned land, the following

T-1 137.58 feet; (2) North 65 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, 95.07 feet to the
easterly side of Village Lane;
thence North 26 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East, along the easterly side
of Village Lane, 140.84 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Alfred R. Norklun and
Lillian Norklun, his wife, by deed from Anna F. Glover dated August 26, 1960
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 1, 1960 in
Liber 4867 at page 417.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid-
