�1 WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
(+� part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the hamlet of East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
on the north by the public highway leading from Orient
to Southold known as Main Road (Route 25) , on the east by
N .4, the land now or formerly of George H. Bennett , on the south
by land formerly of George Tuthill, deceased, and on the
west by the land now or formerly of Harvey S. Brown,
containing by estimation one quarter ( 1/4) acre , be the
same more or less , including also the contents of the
house thereon.
Q Being and intended to be the , same premises conveyed to
John H. Billman by Marie A. Hillman and John H. Billman by
c deed dated September 8, 1967 , recorded Feb. 1, 1968 in
Liber 6297 cp 558 in Suffolk County Clerkts office ; and
Q conveyed by John H. Billman to Betty V. Billman and Pulliam
F. Billman by deed dated December 8, 1972, recorded Liber
Q 7310 cp 79 .
Q The purpose of John H. Billman executing this deed is to
Q correct the form of deed recorded in Liber 7310 cp 79 .

1Q, TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
t HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
Cof the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
' the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
