BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Youngs Avenue distant
859.23 feet northerly from the intersection of the easterly side of
Youngs Avenue and the northerly side of Main Road; running thence
along the easterly side of Youngs Avenue the following two courses
and distances :
(1) North 210 52 ' 10" East 39.72 feet to a pipe;
(2) North 70 13' 10" West 59.60 feet to a point and the southerly
side of a 20 foot right of way; thence along said right of way
North 610 06 ' 50 " East 161.35 feet to a point and land of Newman;
thence South 80 22 ' 10" East along land of Newman 125.24 feet to a
point and land of Latham; thence along land of Latham the following
two courses and distances :

(2) South 790 06' 50" West 121.90 feet to the easterly side of
Youngs Avenue at the point or place of beginning.
