THIS INDENTURE, made the ' day of November nineteen hundred and seventy—two
BETWEEN GERALD WEXLER, residing at 146 Golden Beach Drive, Golden
Beach, Florida 33160, and SHIRLEY WEXLER, his wife, residing at
6400 Allison Road, Allison Island , Miami Beach, Florida 33141 ,
party of the first part, and SHIRLEY WEXLER, residing at 6400 Allison Road ,
Allison Island , Miami Beach, `Florida 33141 ,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ONE and 00/100-------------

166, both inclusive on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section Two,
Gardiner' s Bay Estates , situate at East Marion, Long Island" which
said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Septermber
23, 1927 as Map No. 275.
TOGETHER with a described parcel adjoining Lot 161 on the north-

BEGINNING at the northerly corner of Lot No. 161 , as shown on
"Map of Section Two, Gardiner' s Bay Estates , situate at East Marion,

September 23, 1927 as Map No. 275, which said point or place of begin-
ning is in a line which is the prolongation northeasterly of the south-
easterly side of Beach Court ; thence the following two (2) courses and
distances along the existing bulkhead which is erected immediately
c adjoining said Lot 161 on the northeast ; (1) northeasterly 56 feet,

more or less ; (2) southeasterly 12 feet , more or less ; thence south-
easterly across the basin 20 feet , more or less , to the bulkhead ;
