Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as foll,owsa
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road which
point is the intersection of the southerly line of said Main Road
and the extension southerly of the westerly line of Parcel 19 being
the northwesterly corner of Parcel 2; running thence along the said
southerly line of Main Road on a curve to the left having a radius
of 2325.01 feet, a distance of 265 feet more or less to. a concrete
monument; running thence South 24 degrees 04 minutes 30; seconds East
42 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor;
running thence in a westerly direction along the ordinary high water
mark of Orient Harbor 265 feet more or less to a point which is the
