north 6°10'10" west, 240 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound; thence easterly, along the ordinary high water mark of
Long Island Sound, 42 feet; more or less, to land now or formerly of Miller;
running thence along land last mentioned, south 10°46' east, 255 feet, more
�. or less, to the northerly line of Aquaview Avenue; running thence along the

along said land, north 7°06' east, 148. 75 feet to the southerly side of
Aquaview Avenue; running thence along the southerly side of Aquaview Avenue,
south 80°35'10" east, 112. 41 feet and north 79°14' east, 88. 78 feet to the
corner aforesaid, at the point or place of beginning.
Together with a right of way over premises running from Aqua-
view Avenue to Long Island Sound, said right of way being bounded and
described as follows: beginning at the southwesterly corner of land hereto-
fore conveyed to Lehrman, and running thence westerly, along the northerly
line of Aquaview Avenue, 45 feet to land now or formerly of Stewart; thence
along said land of Stewart, north 7'10'10" west, 260 feet, more or less, to
Long Island Sound; thence easterly, along said Long Island Sound, 59 feet,
more or less; thence along said land heretofore conveyed to Lehrman, south
4°10110" east, 280 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
