WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dalliers and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve:nenta etereon erected, thuste,
lying and being in the hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of land pf New York State (used as a
highway) 187.59 feet southerly along said easterly line from a monument on the
"assumed road line" of the Main Road; from said point of beginning, running
along land of the party of the second part, two courses: (1) north 63°26'40"
east, 50 feet; thence (2) south 26°33120" east, 62 feet; thence along said land of
the party of the second part and along said land of New York State, south
I1 63°26140" west, 50 feet; thence along said land of New York State, north 26033120"
f west, 62 feet to the point of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Eugene J. McDonnell
a' (party of the first part herein) and Mary E. McDonnel (deceased), his wife,
$ V to Peter E. Pappas (deceased), by deed dated January 13, 1956, recorded I
January 27, 1956, liber 4061 of conveyances, page 275, and subsequently
conveyed to the party of the second part by Elmore P. Pappas (devisee under
the last will and testament of Peter E. Pappas) by deed recorded in liber 7113
of conveyances,page 585;
