party of the first part, and Constantine P. Pappas and Eleanor Pappas, his wife, both
residing at (no street number) Gilette Drive, East Marion, NY
party of the sound part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first put,In consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon ecxtei, situate,
lying and being in the hamlet of Orient, Town`of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set on the easterly line of the State Road leading to
Orient Point dock, at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
�1 McDonnell, and running thence northerly, along said easterly line of State Road,
62 feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land of McDonnell, easterly, on a line
at right angles to said easterly line of State Road, 50 feet to an iron pipe; thence
continuing along said other land of McDonnell, southerly, on a line parallel to
4:r said easterly line of State Road, 62 feet to an iron pipe; thence still along said
other land of McDonnell, and along land of the State of New York, westerly, on
�y r a line at right angles to said easterly line of State Road, 50 feet to the point of

k BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Peter E. Pappas
by deed made by Eugene J. McDonnell and Mary E. McDonnell, his wife,
dated January 13, 1956, recorded January 27, 1956, liber 4061 of conveyances,
page 275, in tie Suffolk County Clerk's office; being part of the premises of
which the said Peter E. Pappas died seized and possessed.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,

restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
