distance of 568.75 feet more or less to high water mark of Orient

CD THENCE in a general Westerly or Southwesterly direction along the
high water mark of Orient Harbor a distance of 410 feet, more or less,
C7 to land now or formerly of Charles Mosback; thence along the Easterly

BEING a portion of the premises conveyed to Clarence I. Vail -
by Warren C. K. Griffing by deed dated September 1920 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1920 in Liber
1014 of deeds, page 567.
This conveyance is made for the sole purpose of confirming the
devise of the within premises to the devisees, pursuant to the
provisions of Paragraph "First" of the Second Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament of said decedent.
