The Board is in agreement with the reasoning of the applicant. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and Justice will be served and the legally established er permitted use of neigh~orhCod property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantiall~ injured and the spirit of the Ordinance willie observed. TEE0~'nAIRNAN: The application is accompanied by a sketch showing the~g~ound sign to be on the northwest side of property of 'Koke Bros. The over-all height is shown as 23 feet, and the size of the Sign as 9 ft, by 9 ft. There is also a smaller G~ Logo. 'The maximum square footage allowed is 81.2% sq. ft. and the sign must be located 5 feet from any property line. ~.~. FRONTERO: The sign is actually smaller than indicated, 8 ft. 8 3/4 in..I romnded out the figure to 9 feet. Locating the sign~ feet l~om any property line we~ld be no problem.
