Douglass Street, which point is where the easterly line of land now
or formerly of 0. R. Nagy intersects the said southerly side of Harbor -
Road; RUNNING THENCE South 49 degrees 32 minutes West and along
the Easterly' linti of land now or formerly of 0. R. Nagy 232.55 feet
to the ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor; RUNNING THENCE
South 62 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds east and along the ordinary
high water mark of Orient Harbor 56.78 feet to land now or formerly
of 0. Richard Nagy; RUNNING THENCE North 49 degrees 32 minutes East,
r- 227.34 feet and along the land now or formerly of 0. Richard Nagy,
227.34 feet to the southwesterly side of Harbor Road; RUNNING
THENCE North 57 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West along the south-

recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
