ALL that certain plot. piece or reel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being mWe at Orient in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Harbor Road
distant 155.05 feet southeasterly from the corner formed by the
Intersection of the southwesterly side of Harbor Road with the south-
easterly side of Douglass Street which point Is where the southeasterly
line of land now or formerly of Eleanor F. Nagy intersects the
southwesterly side of Harbor Road; RUNNING THENCE South 49 degrees
. 32 minutes West and along the southeasterly line of land now or
formerly of Eleanor F. Nagy 227.34 feet to the ordinary high water
wark of Orient Harbor; RUNNING THENCE South 62 degrees 13 minutes
r . seconds East along the ordinary high water mark of Orient Harbor
49. 5 feet to a "right of way"; RUNNING THENCE North 49 degrees
432 minutes East and along a right of way 220 feet to the southwesterly
side of Harbor Road; RUNNING THENCE North 57 degrees 16 minutes
10 seconds West along the southwesterly side of Harbor Road 77.52
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any, of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and
G roads abutting the above-described premises to the center line thereof; TOGETHER with the anurtessawo
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said , TO HA AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
