RICHARD NAGY and ELEANOR NAGY, his wife, both residing at 283 Watchung Avenue, Blumfield, New Jersey, STI party of the second part, w WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grunt and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being Judw at Orient in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of Douglas Street with the northeasterly side of Harbor Road; RUNNING THENCE "North 49 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East along the southeasterly side of Douglas Street, 150.45 feet to land now or formerly of A.T. Young, Jr., ; THENCE South 40 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East along last mentioned land, 175.00 feet to land now or formerly of V. Matthews; THENCE South 49 degrees 32 minutes West along last mentioned land, 124.03 feet to the northeasterly side of Harbor r ) s 'y-r Road; THENCE Northwesterly along the northeasterly side of Harbor Road, r' the following (2) two courses and distances : ( 1 ) North 57 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West, 91 .40 feet; (2) North 40 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, 87.50 feet to the corner at the point or ., place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of iO the party of the second part forever.
