THIS INDENTURE,made the Ist day of October nineteen hundred and seventy-one
BETWEEN
HAROLD E. DADSON, JR. and AUDRA Y. DADSON, his wife, both

w WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grunt and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being Judw at Orient in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southeasterly
side of Douglas Street with the northeasterly side of Harbor Road;
RUNNING THENCE "North 49 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East along the
southeasterly side of Douglas Street, 150.45 feet to land now or
formerly of A.T. Young, Jr., ; THENCE South 40 degrees 28 minutes 00
seconds East along last mentioned land, 175.00 feet to land now or
formerly of V. Matthews; THENCE South 49 degrees 32 minutes West along
last mentioned land, 124.03 feet to the northeasterly side of Harbor
r ) s 'y-r Road; THENCE Northwesterly along the northeasterly side of Harbor Road,
r' the following (2) two courses and distances : ( 1 ) North 57 degrees
16 minutes 10 seconds West, 91 .40 feet; (2) North 40 degrees 28
minutes 00 seconds West, 87.50 feet to the corner at the point or
., place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land 10 feet in width at
1-n its northeasterly end where it adjoins Harbor Road and running about
C-3 220 feet southwesterly to a width of 50 feet where it adjoins Orient
CD Bay; said right of way beginning 236 feet northwesterly along said
Harbor Road from the northwesterly line of King Street.

rn Being the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
o by deed from Harold E. Dadson dated March 31, 1965 and recorded
April 2, 1965 In Liber 5723 cp 155, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
'- whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
n m C AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party OF
mthe first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
O eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
