WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

BEGINNING at a point on the south side of Aquaview Avenue where the lands now
or formerly of William Halecek intersect the said south side of Aquaview Avenue;
L running thence by and along the westerly line of land of Halecek in a southerly
U. W, direction for a distance of about 150 feet to lands now or formerly of F. Harold
Sayre; thence by and along the northxly line of lands of Sayre, and in a general
westerly direction for a distance of about 20 feet to the lands now or formerly
of William D. Faulkiner; thence by and along the easterly line of lands now or
formerly of Faulkiner and in a general northerly direction for a distance of
about 150 feet to the southerly line of Aqua view Avenue; thence by and along
the southerly side of Aquaview Avenue and in a general easterly direction for
a distance of 20 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to A. Halsey Brown by
deed made by Edna A. Brown dated October 19, 1949, recorded October 20,
1949, liber 3007 of conveyances, page 589, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office,
and premises of which the said A. Halsey Brown died seized and possessed.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the rnst of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly execcted this deed the day and year first above
written.
