party of the first part, and GERTRUDE VAIL MAYER, residing at 355 King
Street, Orient, New York

WITNESSETH, that the party of the fust part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last

second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
" lying and being in the Village of Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of
b' Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as sites numbered
1, 8 and 9 on a certain map entitled "Map of Bungalow Sites, j
Mantaloking Hills, Orient, N.Y. , surveyed June 1908 by W.H. Halsey,
C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. " and filed in the office of the
` z clerk of the county of Suffolk on Sept. 19, 1908 as map #620.
Said premises above described being and intended to be the same
premises exclusive of the rights in common with the owners of other
sites on said map in the deeds hereinafter mentioned conveyed to
RSI9Q Hortense B. Knox by two deeds to wit:- one from Antoinette C.
CM3 Baisley by deed dated September 25, 1915 and recorded October 15, 1915
O in liber 915 of deeds at page 293 and the other from Lillian Dwight
Stern dated July 17, 1909 and recorded in liber 695 of deeds at
page 134. Subject, however, to the covenants, regulations and
rr restrictions in said deeds mentioned.
Also all that certain piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereof erected situate, lying and being at the place
and Town aforesaid known and designated as plot No. 2 on a certain
cl map entitled, "map showing Division of Beach at Mantaloking Hills,
Orient, N.Y. surveyed Oct. 18, 1917, by Halsey & Van Tuyl, Engrs. and

Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y. " and filed in the office of the clerk of
the County of Suffolk on November 29, 1921 as map no. 765.
Said premises above described being and intendedto be the same
premises conveyed to kkzxyzxkyxsd Hortense B. Knox by Franklin A.
Dorman and Jane Dorman, his wife by deed dated March 5, 1919 and
recorded Nov. 29, 1921 in Iber 1033 of deeds at page 174. Subject to
the restriction that no sewerage matter of any sort shall be permitted
r to run into Long Island Sound or through the said beach as imposed
in deed to Franklin A. Dorman by Lillian Dwight Stern dated Feb. 25,
1916 and recorded Feb. 25, 1916 in liber 923 of deeds at page 430.

or less, surveyed October .14, 1921 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and
Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y. " and filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on Nov. 29, 1921, as map no. 765.
Said premises above described being and intended to be the same
premises conveyed to Hortense B. Knox by Franklin A. Dorman and
Jane Dorman, his wife, by deed dated October 20, 1921 and recorded
Nov. 20, 1921 in liber 1033 of deeds at page 177. '
This conveyance is made -for the sole purpose of confirming the
devise of ,the within premises to the devisee, pursuant to the
provisions of Paragraph "First" of the First Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament of said decedent.
