Van Tuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors , Greenport, New York, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on November T 21, 1957 under file number 2777. CD TOGETHER with a right of way over Sound View Road, Three Waters Lane v and over proposed highways to be known as Park View ane an Island Lane from the northwesterly corner or the premises easterly and �I then southerly and then westerly and then again southerly to the Main Road. SAID premises are sold subject to : 1. Any state of facts an accurate survey may show provided same do not render the title unmarketable. r. 2. Zoning regulations and ordinances of the Town of Southold. 3 .
