BETWEEN CHARLES A. ROGERS of 250 West Main Street,
Bay Shore, New York,
party of the first part, and
RICHARD H. MARGOLIN of 155 Carver Street, Huntington,
New York,
party of the second part,

a thence along the Southwesterly and southerly side of said Main Road
the following two courses and distances : (1) South 34 degrees 37

along an are of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of
1141.95 feet a distance along said curve of 1052.68 feet to land
now or formerly of Harold Latham; running thence along said land

following four courses and distances: (1) South 10 degrees 55 minutes

seconds East 972.59 feet; (3) South 10 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the seller herein by
Charles A. Rogers and Louis A. Wenger by deed dated April 5th, 1967 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6136,
Page 161 on April 10, 1967.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage, now a lien of record, held by Wilbur C.
Duvall, and now in a principal balance of $155,833.32.
