20 seconds West 150 feet from a monument on the southeasterly corner
of land of Rackett, said monument being also located 650 feet more
or less from the southerly line of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 56 degrees
35 minutes 20 seconds west 143 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 29 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds west 150
feet to land of the Brown Estate;

RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land North 56 degrees
f 35 minutes 20 seconds east 143 feet to land of Brown;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Brown and land of Rackett
