v THIS conveyance is made upon the express condition and the parties of the
second part, for themselves, their heirs or assigns, do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the parties of the first part, their heirs or assigns as follows:

one dog or cat.
2. That no house trailer shall be erected, placed, maintained, used or
occupied on the premises as a dwelling or residence, either temporarily or
