WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby,grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
II and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly. line of the Main Road at the
southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of-Habermann and the
P southwesterly corner of premises described hereafter; from said point
of beginning running along said land of Habermann, North 41 degrees 20
minutes 20 seconds West 192.80 feet to land now or formerly of Tabor;
thence along said land North 54 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds East
314.98 feet to an iron pipe; thence along said land now or formerly of -
Tabor and along land now or formerly of Edgar Brown, South 28 degrees
25 minutes 40 seconds East 245.08 feet to an iron pipe on said north-
erly line of the Main Road; and thence along said northerly line of
iithe Main Road, South 65 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West 269. 69 feet
