WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on March 2, 1971 and by virtue
of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Bounded on the north by land formerly of Edward L. Coffin and
now of Van Nostrand about 204 feet; on the east by land of A. H.
Latham about 63 feet; on the south by land formerly of Philip
Tabor and now of Hance about 226 feet; and on the west by Orient
Bay or Harbor about 60 feet; all of said dimensions being more
or less.
SUBJECT however, to such right of way as there may be over the

being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
O, New York, bounded and described as follows :
