party of the first part, and HARRY G. DORMAN and VIRGINIA W. DOR MAN, his wife,
both residing at 23045 Main Road, Orient, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
+ paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being kkf}te at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of State Street distant 66, 27
feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side
` of State Street with the westerly side of Oyster Ponds Lane; running thence
North 63 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West along the northerly side of
State Street 160, 86 feet; thence North 32 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East
1 178. 24 feet; thence South 64 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East 213. 08 feet

along the westerly side of land of Richard Debs 130. 05 feet to the northerly
side of State Street the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by N. Alfred Luce to
George H. Cibell now deceased and Agatha I. Cibell, his wife, the party of the
first part herein, by deed dated August 30, 1937 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 30, 1937 in Liber 1941 of deeds at page 527.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
f 11 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
t whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
