and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Bay Aven ue, where the
easterly line of Bay Avenue is intersected by the southerly line of a private road
being the northwest corner of the premises herein described; running thence in a
general southerly direction approximately one hundred sixty-five (165) feet to
land now or formerly of East Marion LandImprovement Company, Inc. ; running
thence along the land last mentioned in a general easterly direction about twenty
(20) feet; running thence southerly along other land now or formerly of East Marion
Land Improvement Company Inc, approximately forty (40) feet to Marion Lake;
running thence in a general easterly direction along the shore of Marion Lake a
distance of about fifty-three (53) feet to other land now or formerly of East Marion
Land Improvement Company Inc. ; running thence in a northerly or northwesterly
direction along land last mentioned to a point on the southerly line of said private
road hereinbefore mentioned, distant forty-six and one-half (46 1/2) feet in a
general easterly direction from thq point or place of beginning; running thence
in a general westerl y direction along the southerly line of said private road to
the point or place of beginning; running thence ina general westerly direction
along the southerly line of said private road to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way as same is now laid aut, over a private
road running from Bay Avenue along the northerly line of land hereinbefore de-
scribed,
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to the land under waters of Marion Lake adjoining the premises
hereinbefore described.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Loreta B. Dimon by deed dated March 23, 1948 and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 25, 1948 in Liber 2809 of -
Deeds at page 562.

PARCEL II:
J BEGINNING at a certain point on the southerly side of a private road,
distant approximately forty-six and one-half (46 1/2') feet in an easterly
direction from a monument set at thesoutheasterly corner of Bay Avenue and
said private road; running thence in an easterly direction a distance of about
forty-six and one-half (46 1/2)-feet along said private road to land now or y
formerly of Charles Webb; running thence southerly along land last mentioned
a distance.of approximately two hundred (200) feet to Marion Lake; running
thence in a general westerly direction along the shore of Marion Lake a
distance of about fifty-three (53) feet to land now or formerly of Loreta Dimon;

or place of beginning, excepting the 10-foot strip on the easterly boundary of
these premises heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to other
parties,
TOGETHER WITH a right of way as same is now laid out over a
private road running from Bay Avenue along the northerly line of land herein-
before described,
II TOGETHER WITH all.the right, title and interest of the party of the-
first part of, in and to the land under waters of Marion Lake adjoining the
premises hereinbefore described,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises, except the
j easterly 10-foot strip, conveyed by Christopher Moore to the party of the
first part by deed dated August 20th, 1949 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 29, 1949 in Liber 2986'of Deeds at
page 216.
