BROWN, residing at 15901 SW 99th Place, Miami, Florida; and PATRICIA A. BENSON, residing at 241 SW 5th Street, Dania, Florida, as distributees of Elmina B. Brown who died intestate a resident of Suffolk County, New York, on February 21, 1972, party of the first part, and JEAN ELLEN DEAN, residing at Main Road (no number), East Marion, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being 6w*K at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: I BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described being located the following two courses and distances from the intersection of the southerly line of Main Road with the westerly line of Bay Avenue, to wit: South 29 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East, 496. 00 feet to the southeasterly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to Joseph J. Dzenkowski and Evelyn M.
