at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the wes'terly side of a thirty-foot right of way,
which point is distant north 61 degrees, 28 minutes, 00 seconds west 151. 90
feet when measured along the southwesterly side of said thirty foot right of way
(the land of David L. and Patricia E. Gillispie) froma point where the north-
