BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of land now or formerly of
Milligan, 105 feet westerly along said southerly line from the westerly line of a
strip of land 25 feet or more in width; from said point of beginning, running along
said land south 64`05'40" west, 155 feet, more or less, to the shore of Marion
Lake; thence southerly along said shore, 40 feet, more or less. to land now or
formerly of Kreib; thence along said land now or formerly of Kreib, north 64005'40"
east, 142 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe; thence along other land of Milligan,
north 6°07'20" west, 42 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of way 10 feet in width from the northeasterly
corner of the premises easterly, about 110 feet to said 25 foot strip of land, the
northerly line of said 10 foot right of way being said southerly line of land now or
formerly of Daisy Milligan.
