Orient by the Sea Section 1. The grantor does further convey to the
grantees a right in common with all owners of all other lots on the
,. above described map to use and enjoy the beach and waterfront desig-
nated as "reserved - property owner' s beach" located on the northeast

X tpurposes with due regard to the rights of others and under such regu-
-.,lations as may from time to time be reasonably established by the
grantor or its successors for the use and enjoyment of said beach and

regulation therein.
THE GRANTEES do hereby represent and warrant that, with respect
to paragraph "EIGHTH" of the above described Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions, wherein the grantor reserves unto itself the title
to land on any street opened or laid out on the aforesaid described

map, that said reservation is for the sole purpose of retaining title

'Town. The grantor does further represent and warrant to make said

and do hereby acknowledge, by execution of this deed, that the grantor

aforesaid filed map as fronting on and along Main Road to a depth of
