A strip of land beginning at a concrete monument located on the Northerly
line of the Main Road (known also as Kings Highway) which monument marks
the southerly boundary between (1) the property conveyed to the Seller by
Grace Putnam Ritner et al. by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 3323 of deeds at page 289 and (2) the property now or formerly
of Hortense B. Knox; running thence easterly along the northerly line of such
road a distance of thirtyfeet; running thence in a northerly direction and
parallel to the westerly boundary line of property of said Knox to the northerly
boundary line of property of said Knox; running thence westerly along the
northerly boundary line of property of said Knox to the northwest corner of
such property; and running thence southerly along the western boundary line
of property of said Knox to the place of beginning .
