THIS INDENTURE, made the �Q71` day of March nineteen hundred and seventy-three,

PARCEL NO. I
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly
line of the Main Road at the southwesterly corner of the premises
hereby conveyed and being the southeasterly corner of land of Kirby
Dwight; running thence along said land of Kirby Dwight, N. 40 50 ' E.
284. 75 feet to a concrete monument and land of Raymond Mount; thence
along said land of Raymond Mount, two courses, as follows:
(1) S. 82 degrees 52 ' E. 31. 10 feet to a concrete monument; thence
(2) N. 4 degrees 22 ' 46" E. 29. 21 feet to a concrete monument and
land of Kathrine Newell; thence along said land of Kathrine Newell,
S. 87 degrees 12 ' E. 64.07 feet to a locust stake and other land of
party of the first part; thence along said land of party of the first
part, Si 4 degrees 50 ' W. 310. 10 feet to a locust stake on said north-
erly line of the Main Road; thence along said northerly line of the
Main Road, N. 88 degrees 06 ' 20" W. 95.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way fifteen (15) feet in width
over other land of party of the first part, the northerly line of said
right of way beginning at the concrete monument at the northeasterly
L, corner of the premises above described and running thence easterly j
along the southerly line of said land of Kathrine Newell to the westerly
line of a certain roadway over land of party of the first part; also a
right of way over last mentioned roadway from the easterly end of above
describedfifteen (15) foot right of way southerly to said Main Road.

ty of the first part of, in and to such portion of the Main Road as
adjoins said premises on the south, to the center line thereof.
PARCEL II
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly, line
of the Main Road at the northwesterly corner of the premises hereby
conveyed and being the northeasterly corner of land of Kirby Dwight;
running thence along said southerly line of the Main Road, S. 88
degrees, 06 ' ' 20" E. 100. 0 feet to a locust stake and other land of
party of the first part; thence along said land of party of the first
part, S. \ 18 degrees 12 ' 20" W. 1210 feet, more or less, to ordinary
high water mark of Orient Harbor; thence westerly along said ordinary
'high water mark of Orient Harbor, fifty-five (55) feet more or less,
"to land of said Kirby Dwight; thence along said land of Kirby Dwight,
N. 16 degrees 07 ' E. 1170 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.i

party of the first part, of, in and to the land under waters of Orient
Harbor adjoining said premises on the south.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part, of, in and to such portion of the Main High-
away as adjoins said premises on the North to the center line thereof.
