BEGINNING at a monument at a point of deflection in the easterly line
of Narrow River Road where said line is intersected by the northerly
boundary line of land herein described and land now or formerly of
Edwards; (1) RUNNING THENCE along said boundary line South 62' 07' 00"
East 165 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Hallock'
Bay; (2) THENCE along said high water mark of Hallock' s Bay south-
westerly 350 feet, more or less, and then southeasterly 260 feet, more
or less, to land now or formerly of Hallock; (3) THENCE along last
mentioned land, the following two courses and distances: (a)South 35°
43 ' 00" West 80 feet, more or less; (b) South 41n 58' 30" West 221.79
feet to the northeasterly line of Narrow River Road; (4) THENCE along
said northeasterly line of Narrow River Road, (a) North 39° 43' 50"
West 183.72 feet to the corner formed by the intersection of the north-
easterly side of Narrow River Road with the easterly side of Narrow
River Road; (5) THENCE North 21° 48' 40" East along the easterly side
of Narrow River Road 465.10 feet to the monument, at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
PARCEL I1:
ALL that piece or parcel of meadowland at Orient, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Hallock's Bay
about 185 feet southwesterly along said high water mark from the
Easterly corner of land conveyed by George W. Hallock to Edwin H.
King, as previously described herein; from said point of beginning
running Southerly, then Southeasterly, then Southerly, then North-
westerly and Southwesterly about 300 feet to said high water mark;
THENCE Northeasterly along said high water mark about 175 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by the party of the second part by deed dated
