formerly of Gardiner's Bay Company, Inc. , Two Hundred Seventy-five
(275) feet more or less to the southerly line of a proposed street

County, New York; thence westerly along the southerly line of said
proposed street to the easterly line of said land formerly of

feet northerly from the point of BEGINNING; and thence south
thirty-one degrees, one minute, thirty seconds East (S . 31° 1' 30"
E.) along said land formerly of Gardiner's Bay Company, Inc. Two
Hundred Ninety (290) feet to the point of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with an easement over the right of way running Westerly A
from the premises in as above described to Old Orchard Road and
thence Northerly over Old Orchard Road to the main highway.
