Steinmetz Estate, which point of beginning is distant 633.75 feet southerly from the said northwesterly corner of said land of Steinmetz; RUNNING THENCE south 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 75 feet; THENCE north 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds west 125 feet to the easterly side of Shore Drive (Private Read); THENCE north 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds east along the easterly side of Shore Drive 75 feet; THENCE south 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds east 125 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SAID PREMISES being known as 9 Shore Drive, Greenport Shores, Greenport, Long Island, New York. BEING THE SAME PREKISES conveyed to grantor herein by Deed dated August 20, 1973 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 7487 Page 311 on September 120 1973, of Deeds.
