THIS INDENTURE, made the day of October nineteen hundred and seventy-fors

WILLIAM G. SIBLEY and LILIAN E. SIBLEY, his wife, both residing

party of the first part, and

BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the intersection of the northwesterly,

Q Y- easterly line of Harbor Road; from said point of beginning running along
\ i said northeasterly line of Harbor Road, North 57 degrees 16 minutes 10
�(\ seconds West 128, 36 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 46 degrees 27 minutes
East 126, 84 feet to an iron pipe and land formerly of Jaconetti; thence along {
said land of Jaconetti, South 40 degrees 28 minutes East 102, 65 feet to an
iron pipe on said northwe$terly line of KingStreet; thence along said north-
westerly line of King Street, South 3Z degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West
93, 54 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Together with the right to the use (in common with others) of a right
jiof way over a strip of land 10 feet in width along its northeasterly end where
it adjoins Harbor Road and running about 210 feet southwesterly to a width of
50 feet where it adjoins Orient Bay, Said right of way beginning 236 feet

Subject to a purchase money first mortgage executed this day and
intended to be simultaneously recorded with this deed in the amount of NINE
THOUSAND AND N0/100 ($9, 000, 00) DOLLARS,

�I TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any,
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement '
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
