distant 50 feet North of the northwest corner of land of one Lemmerle;, �
f running thence northerly along the easterly line or side of Bay
Avenue 50 feet;
E? thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of said Lemmerle' s
land and continuing in a straight line to the premises of Henry
Hedges in the center of a Cove of Marion Lake;
j thence beginning at the point or place of beginning and running in
an easterly direction parallel withthe northerly line of said
Lemmerle and continuing in the same course to the premises of Henry
itHedges in the center of a Cove of Marion Lake;
running thence in a northwesterly direction co cne inceLseccion of
the second course above mentioned with said Hedges West line.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated October 13, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk ,
County Clerk' s Office on October 18, 1961 in Liber 5066 at page
257, which deed was made by George Henry Nave and Rita Georgette
Nave, his wife.
