McDonnell, his wife, to Constantine Pappas, dated February 13, 1968, recorded February 16, 1968, liber 6305 of conveyances at page 424, and (2) from Elmore P. Pappas to Constantine P. Pappas and Eleanor Pappas, his wife, dated October 30, 1971, recorded February 28, 1972, liber 7113 of conveyances at page 585. The grantees in said deed are the same persons as the party of the first part herein. I SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of record, if any. SUBJECT, also, to a first mortgage made by Constantine P.
