E.-47.0 feet; thence (3) S. 8' 00' 00" W.-90. 0 feet to said northerly
line of the Main Road; thence along said northerly line of the Main
Road, 2 courses, as follows :
(1) N. 740 42 ' 00" W.-4. 58 feet; thence (2) N. 801 05' 00"
W.-70. 42 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of way over a strip of land 5 feet
in width along the easterly boundary of the premises . Said easterly
boundary being the center line of a 10 foot right of way, as herein-
above described; the easterly line of said 5 foot strip being parallel
with and 5 feet easterly from said easterly boundary, measured at
right angles thereto.
Subject to a right of way over a strip of land 5 feet in
width along said easterly boundary, the westerly line of said 5 foot
strip being parallel with and 5 feet westerly from said easterly
boundary, measured at right angles thereto.

Subject , however, to the rights of Edward B. Adams and
the rights of owners of land to the east being land formerly
of Harry A. Adams, deceased, their heirs and assigns to use as a
driveway, said right of way for all ordinary purposes of ingress
and egress, over the same leading from the main highway northerly
over said right of way as heretofore described.
