BEING and intended to be part of the premises convenyed to the
party of the first part be deed made by Albert D. Vogt, dated
January 22, 1973, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s office
in Liber 7328 page 220.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part of, in, and to the land under the
waters of Marion Lake adjacent to the premises .
TOGETHER with a right of way over said strip of land 25 feet or
more in width, along the easterly line of premises extending
southerly about 650 feet beyond the southeasterly corner of the
premises, and thence southwesterly about 335 feet to Marion Lake,
and extending northerly from the northeasterly corner of the premises
through land now or formerly of Everetts, about 367 feet to land
now or formerly of Tuthill. , and continuing northerly 16 feet in
width over said land now or formerly of Tuthill and land now or
formerly of Griffing to Main Road, along land now or formerly of
Welch; and also with a right of way along the westerly line of
land of the party of the first part from the westerly end of the
above described right of way southerly, about 250 feet to the bay;
said right of way being 10 feet in width at the northerly end
and about 20 feet in width at the southerly end; and
SUBJECT to the rights of others over and to the use of the 25 foot
strip of land running along the easterly side of the premises
herein conveyed .

kind shall be erected or maintained on any part of said premises

4) All buildings erected or maintained on the premises
shall have a peaked roof;
5 ) no outside toilets shall be erected or maintained on the.
premises ;
6) not more than two dwellings shall be erected on one
lot, a lot being a parcel of 50 feet in width on Marion Lake and
running from the lake to the right of way; and k
