Vogt, dated January 22, 1973, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s office in Liber 7328 page 220. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in, and to the land under the waters of Marion Lake adjacent to the premises .
