WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were
issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's Court
Suffolk County, New York on July 6, 1989 and by virtue of the
power and authority given by Article II of the Estates, Powers and
Trusts Law, and in consideration of
-0- dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
P/0 and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
County of Suffolk, Town of Southold, Hamlet of Orient, bounded on
i)IST. the North by lands of Lloyd E. Terry, on the West by the land of
1000 Edward Latham, on the East by the land of Droskoski and on the
South by Long Beach Bay, now known as Gardiner's Bay. i
"ECT. Said land being a portion of the land conveyed to Lloyd E.
19 Terry, Evelyn T. Kluge and Bertha P. Terry as distributees of the
Estate of Frederick L. Terry, grantee in deed dated September 11,
BLOCK 1911, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 781
1 pg. 220.
Decedent, Bertha P. Terry, owned an undivided one-third
.OT interest in said property and her one-third (1/3) interest is
3 hereby conveyed to her beneficiary as aforesaid, Lloyd E. Terry.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with
the appurtenances; and also all the estate which the said decedent
MAR 7 1990 had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the
estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power
to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or otherwise; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of \the
party of the second part forever. _ �3r

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the
Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
.., whenever the sense of this indenture so ,requires.
