westerly line of a 20 foot right of way hereinafter described; from said point of

BEGINNING at a point omarked by a concrete monument set on the northerly
line of the Main Highway at the southeasterly corner of land of Cora Danforth
and running thence North eight degrees twenty-six minutes twenty seconds East
(N. 80 26' 20" E.') about three hundred eighteen (318' ) feet to the northeasterly
corner of land recently conveyed to John J. Mackay and wife; running thence in a
general southerly direction about one hundred twenty-seven (127' ) feet to a point
on a protraction to the east of the southerly line of said land recently conveyed
to John J. Mackay and wife twenty (20' ) feet distant on said elongation from the
southeasterly corner of said lands; running thence South eight degrees twenty-six
minutes twenty seconds West (S. 8° 26' 20" W.) about one hundred ninety-two (192' )
feet to the northerly side of the Main Highway; running thence in a westerly direc-
tion along the northerly side of the Main Highway a distance of about twenty (20' )
feet to the point and place of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to the rights of others to pass and repass over the said
right of way and to use the same in accordance with prior deeds and agreements of
