All of these items have been taken care of in a satisfactory manner. Enclosed you will find a copy of the electrical underwriters certificate for the two street lights. The only item I have not yet reviewed would be a legal description identifying all roads, easements and natural drainage areas. This item should be reviewed for accuracy prior to acceptance of the roads for dedicat ion. As I understand it, a resolution by the Town Board for acceptance of the two street lights will also be required at dedication. Please be advised that the Town of Southold still holds the original bond and has not returned it to you. The Town had merely consented to reduce the bond from $319,680 to $120,000. The Town still holds the guarantee of International Fidelity Insurance Company for obligations totalling $120,000. Please notify us that you are willing and able to honor that commitment.
