TOGETHER with a fifty (50) foot right of way commencing at the
southwesterly corner of the parcel herein described, running southerly along the
westerly line of other land of the seller herein a distance of 1014.58 feet
to the southwesterly corner thereof.

TOGETHER with all easements and rights of way appurtenant to the said
premises.
''TOGETHER with the easements and rights of way which are appurtenant to the
premises retained by the party of the first part which lie to the south of the
premises herein and such easements and rights of way shall be available to the
party of the second part by use of the fifty (50) foot right of way heretofore
granted in the within deed.
The change in this correction deed is outlined in the two (2) paragraphs
next above regarding easements and rights of way therein granted. The initial deed
from Grantor, Frank E. Bondarchuk, was to B.E.M.S. EXCAVATING & CONSTRUCTION CO. ,
INC. , dated May 5, 1972, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 9, 1972,
Liber 7156 Page 79. The title to said parcel was transferred pursuant to deed
between B.E.M.S. EXCAVATING & CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. to JULIE KYRKOSTAS, the party
of the second part herein, the deed was dated May 8, 1987 and was recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 22, 1987, Liber 10326 Page 186.
The correction deed herein refers to the omission in the initial deed of
May 5, 1972, recorded May 9, 1972, Liber 7156 Page 79, Frank E. Bondarchuk to
B.E.M.S. EXCAVATING CO. , INC. regarding the easements and rights of way appurtenant
to said premises.
This correction deed to Grantee includes all benefits and rights of the
agreement dated 3/6/59 between G. Sanders Nowell and Hattie B. Nowell and
J.J. Haggerty, Inc. as recited in deed from J.J. Haggerty, Inc. and John C.
Peterson Paving Corporation to Roscoe C. King and Frank E. Bondarchuk, d/b/a
EasternExcavating Co. , dated 7/6/59 and recorded 7/20/59 in Liber 4660 cp
438.
TOGETHER with a right of way 24 feet wide extending south south-
westerly about 331 feet and then westerly about 262 feet to the easterly
line of Rocky Point Road, public highway.
