feet in width for a certain distance and then 50 feet in width for
a certain distance (more particularly delineated hereinafter) for
the purpose of ingress to and egress from the premises to the north
of the subject parcel and the unrestricted use of installation and
maintenance of all utilities, and the unrestricted use of installa-
'tion and maintenance of the surface of the roadway and drainage
facilities within said- right--of way.- The westerly line of the right
of way which is 60. 17 feet in width is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road (N.Y.S.
Route 25) said point being where a westerly boundary of the subject
parcel and the easterly boundary of lands now or formerly of Stanley
Rutkowski intersects the said northerly line of Main Road and

feet. The right of way which is 50 feet in width commences at the
