Dear Mr. Raynor:
I am enclosing a true photostatic copy of the
Certificate of Abandonment of the subdivision known as
"Soundview Acres at Orient." This copy is further cer-
tified by the Suffolk County Clerk as a true copy
thereof.
At my request a photostatic copy of the deed
has been delivered to the Town. Thus the necessary docu-
ments having been delivered to the Town of Southold, I am
requesting that the security in the form of the bank
passbook accounts be released.
By a copy of this letter and the Certificate of
Abandonment, I am informing the Clerk of the Town of
Southold of these matters.
