The Unit known as No. F-11 (hereinafter called "THE UNIT' ) in the buildings
known and designated as Crescent Beach Condominiums, Town of Southold County
of Suffolk, designated and described as Unit No. F-11 in the Declaration
establishing a plan for condominium ownership of said buildings and the land
on which they are erected (hereinafter called the "PROPERTY" ), made by the
grantor under the Condominium Act of the State of New York (Article 9-B of
the Real ProperEy Law of the State of New York), dated June 8, 1978 and
recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, County of Suffolk on the 8th day
of June, 1978 in Liber 8441 at Page 183 (hereinafter called the
"DECLARATTORI ) and designated as Tax Lot No. F-11 in District 1000, Section
38. 00, Block 07. 00 on the Tax Map of the Town of Southold and on the floor
plane of the buildings certified by .Lawrence Tuthill, Engineer, on the 21st
day of May, 1978, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk, County of
Suffolk on the 31st day of May, 1978, as Condominium File No. 62. The land
on which the Buildings are located is described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the building thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a paint on the easterly side of a private Load known as Maple
Lane and which paint is distant 2100 feet more or less goutherly from the
south property line of Main Road. The said paint of beginning being a common
corner with lands now or formerly of Kavanagh. From said point of beginning
