KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT CASBOR, INC., a
domestic corporation with office and principal place of business
at Homestead Road, Coram, New York, as Principal, (hereinafter
called the Principal), and ROBERT F. CASOLA, residing at Mastic,
Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, as Surety, (herein-
after called the Surety), are held and firmly bound unto the

improvements as set forth in Resolution adopted at a meeting of
the said Southold Town Planning Board held on the 5th day of
