WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to wham letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on January 30, 1990 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
Ten ($10.00) dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party,of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingAFft at Orient, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a Private Road known as
"Major' s Pond Road" 1136, 77 feet southerly along said line from the southerly
line of King Street; running thence along land of Robert J. Douglass and
Nancy R. Douglass the following two courses :

2. South 40007' East 27.57 feet to a point on the northerly line of the
"Park and Playground" shown on "Map of Willow Terrace—Section One" filed in
FEB 15 199 The Suffolk County Clerk 's Office as Map No. 5407; thence along said "Park and
Playground" North 75040'20" West 76.79 feet to the easterly line of "Major' s
Pond Road"; thence along said line North 1038' 10" East 127. 81 feet- to the
point of BEGINNING. Being and intended to be part of the property conveyed to
Suffolk the said Robert J. Douglass by a deed from James F. Douglass dated
September 3, 1968, recorded November 18, 1968 in Liber 6456, Page 517, as
TAX MAI' corrected by a deed dated June 7, 1969 and recorded June 11, 1969 in Liber
DESIGNATION 6563, Page 373.
