The only involvement of the Town in Orient Park Estates is that the Town held a subdivision performance bond to insure installation of infrastructure pursuant to Town Law 277. The Town Board had approved the work and released the bond on 8/22/95. The bond expired on 8/23/95. The Town does not own the road and did not perform the work or contract to have it performed. The road installation is not a "public improvement" as defined in Lien Law Section 2. Therefore, the Lien Law notices do not apply to the work. The name and address of the lienor is the Corazzini Asphalt, Inc., Cox Lane, Cutchogue, New York 11935. 2. The name of the contractor for whom the labor was performed and the materials were furnished is Irving Newman of Orient Park Estates, 1 Horizon, Fort Lee, New Jersey. 3. The amount due the lienor is $19,330.00 and the date when said amount became due is August 22, 1995. 4. The labor was performed and the materials were furnished for the construction of said public improvement pursuant to the aforementioned contract and in furtherance of the execution and completion of same. 8.
