WHEREAS, the above named Principal has agreed to comply with the terms,
regulations and conditions of the Town of Southold in connection with the
completion of items as shown on Town Engineers Estimate dated March 18, 1985,
for subdivision of "Long Pond Estates, Section #1" situated in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York and in connection therewith the Obligee
desires this bond be given;
WHEREAS, the Co-Principals have a beneficial interest in said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the
Principal shall iL connection with the installation of said items on
Engineers Estimate in "Long Pond Estates, Section #1" within two (2) years
from the date hereof, complete said improvements to be in accordance with
the plot plan approved by the Southold Town Planning Board and to the
satisfaction of the Town of Southold, then this obligation to be void;
otherwiGe to remain in full force and effect.
NO party other than the Obligee shall have any rights hereunder as against
the Surety.

Company in the City of Dallas, Texas, on the 28th day of February, 1967, a quorum being present, the following By-Laws was duly adopted to become

Appointment of Attorney.in.Fact. The President, or any Executive Vice President, may from time to time, appoint by written certificates attorneys-in-
fact to act in behalf of the company in the execution of policies of insurance, bonds, undertakings, and other obligatory instruments of like nature. Such
attorney-in-fact, subject to the limitation set forth in their respective certificates of authority shall have full power to bind the Company by their signature
and execution of any such instruments and to attach the seal of the Company thereto. The President, or any Executive Vice President, or the Board of
Directors, may at any time revoke all power and authority previously given to any attorney-in-fact.

Dear ~lr. Forchelli:
The fOllowing action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, August 12, 1985.
RESOLVED that whereas, a formal application for the approval of a
subdivision plat entitled "Long Pond Estates, Section I" located at
Southold was submitted to the Planning Board on October 24, 1975
and, filing fee of $360 was paid on December 9, 1975,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision application
and plat at the Town Hall, Southold, New York, on July 29, 1985 at
7 ;30 p.m., to re-hear this subdivision due to the time lapse,
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the Town
of Southold have been met by said subdivision plat and application,
NOW, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the application of Long Pond
Estates, Sec.I for approval of said subdivision plat prepared by
Rod Van Tuyl and last dated July 1985 , be approved and the
chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat
subject to the following conditions within six (6) months from the
date of this resolution:
1. Receipt and acceptance by the Town Board of a letter
of credit or performance bond in the approved amount of
$350,000.
2. Receipt of a signed contract by the Mayor of the
Village of Greenport and the applicant for the water
approval.
