RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the Town Board that they release the Letter of Credit for the amount of $250,000.00, for the major subdivision of Homestead Acres. An interim inspection was conducted by A. Barton Cass, P.E., of Sidney B. Bowne & Son on June 12, 1989. Since that inspection both the Planning Board and the Highway Superintendent have conducted inspections and have concluded that all is in order for release of the Letter of Credit. SC.T.M.: 1000-40-2-6.12 (SBB No. 87113) Gentlemen: An Interim inspection inspection was conducted on June 8, 1989. Present were Mr. Ray Jacobs, Superintendent of Highways, Town of Southold, Mr. Ray Dean (SBB), and Mr. Cornelius S. Heffernan of this office. The following is a list of corrections/completions which must be addressed. Every attempt was made to make this list complete but other itemymay arise that will need attention. j ~vement 1. Correct asphalt at catch basins. 2. Adjust manhole casting (slotted) at south most entrance. 3. Raise water valve castings. Shoulder Area 1. Remove construction debris, as required. 2.
